Absolutely. If you give us 72 hours’ notice, we can either put your sessions on hold for as long as needed or reschedule them at your convenience. You won’t be charged for sessions you don’t attend—you only pay for the sessions you complete.

We can meet at any LA Fitness gym, or I can come to your location, whichever is more convenient for you.
